Westy and Blue Meet Our Social Workers

Today at our navigation meeting, we got to meet with the entire interdisciplinary team. We talked about goals and created an individualized care plan for our specific needs. We really appreciated getting to spend time with the dedicated social workers – Sandy and Carla.
