Westgate Hills to Enhance Physiatry Services with Comprehensive Rehab Consultants Partnership

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, a Baltimore County skilled nursing facility has partnered with Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) to enhance its physiatry services. This collaboration brings Mackenzie Murray, a Certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience in geriatrics and internal medicine, to work closely with the Westgate Hills team. Physiatry services, also known as physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), offer a holistic approach that blends pain treatments and physical therapy while managing medical conditions. At Westgate Hills, this approach focuses on designing and coordinating customized rehabilitation therapies for patients, helping them avoid surgery. Additionally, CRC provides post-discharge support, including equipment, medication assistance, and follow-up appointments, all aimed at promoting positive outcomes for patients.
